My View

A person who has insecurity issues should not be promoted to any supervisory position. Otherwise, he (or she) will probably affect the morale and/or the productivity of those who report to him (or her).

I don't understand why some people feel so insecure that they must over-exert their authority and thus making life hell for those who report to them.
