Right now, I am reading a new book entitled "Breakdown, Breakthrough" by Kathy Caprino. It is a good book that I would recommend to all women, particularly professional women who want to live a life of passion and purpose.

In this book, the author quoted the following words from Mahatma Gandhi:-

A No uttered from deepest conviction is better and greater than a Yes merely uttered to please or, what is worse, to avoid trouble.
