Food for Thought

...too much specialization is, frankly, detrimental to your well-being and emotional, cognitive, intellectual, and psychological development.

Benefits of Using Huang Yang Mu Comb

I watched an infotainment programme on xinmsn.com yesterday. In this episode, one of the guests, Bryan mentioned about the benefits of using this particular type of comb. According to him, using this type of comb could help in blood circulation, prevent stroke, aid in hair growth, etc. So, I am going to get one for myself! :)

Emotional Handicap vs Physical Handicap

To me, emotional handicap is worse than physical handicap. Physical handicap only restricts a person's movements. Emotional handicap, on the other hand, could cause a person's relationships to suffer and could be a barrier to his overall well-being.

Letting Go of Friendships (Relationships)

I understand that it can be hard to let go of friendships (or for that matter, any relationships) that we have built over the years. However, if these friendships (or relationships) are emotionally draining to us or are unhealthy in other ways, then I believe we must make the wise choice of letting them go or setting a healthy boundary for the sake of our sanity and well-being.
