If you interview for a particular job, and if the big boss likes you but the one you are supposed to report to doesn't like you or has insecurity issues, you may not get the job.

I realise that I have great difficulty trusting  people who are insecure because I have ever been backstabbed by such people. I find that it's people who are insecure that tend to plot evil (and so forth) against other people. Sigh...

Insecurity can drive a person to do things against his/her conscience. It troubles me when I think of how Christians can be so insecure that they do things against their conscience. How can Christianity be attractive to people of other faiths when Christians behave like they do not know God?

To protect our dreams, I believe it's important for us to set a healthy boundary with people who are stumbling blocks (dream destroyers), ie. people who are insecure and prone to jealousy/envy.
