Servant Leadership

A true servant leader is one who has the best interests of his employees at heart. Sadly, in many companies and organisations across the globe, leaders generally do not care about the well-being of their employees.

I believe God is raising up a new breed of leaders with a servant's heart in the marketplace. Such are the leaders that can impact the community or the world at large for His glory.

There is a Chinese proverb that says, "Yi xiao jie qian chou," which basically means that one laugh helps to release 1000 worries.

I have heard of laugh therapy sessions, in which a group of people gather together just to laugh. You may find it awkward to attend such a therapy session (if there is one where you live). But you can have a DIY laugh therapy session by watching stand-up comedies, for instance.

So, whenever you are feeling stressed out, maybe you should try out a DIY laugh therapy session. :)
